Welcome to Vendor Self Service for Henry County Government


Vendor Self Service (VSS) allows you to register as a new vendor, or maintain and update your profile as an existing vendor.

Some of our bids will be processed through VSS and VSS will allow you to view open and closed bids as well as submit bids online that are processed through VSS.
Select Registration to register as a vendor.
Select Log-in to view/update your profile by clicking on the arrow/door in the top-right corner of the page.

  • Enter your User ID/Password to access your records.
Select Bids to submit a Bid or just view open or closed bids.
The following items are required during registration:
  • W-9 or Substitute W-9
  • A Valid Email Address
  • E-Verify #
  • Commodity Code(s)
